CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
David Adu is the Founder/ Chief Executive Officer for P3nd3mic Inc. He holds a degree from SUNY Oswego. He believes in the power of doing good for the great of the people. As head of the foundation, he originated the logo, “It's Good To Do Good”.
WALTER OWUSU
CO-FOUNDER & COO
Walter Owusu is the Co-Founder/Chief Operating Officer for P3nd3mic Inc. He earned his B.S. in Biology at SUNY Polytechnic Institute. He later on went to Monroe College to pursue a master’s in public health with a concentration on Epidemiology and Biostatistics. Currently, he is contracted by CDC as a Public Health Advisor. He also works with the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
RODNEY AMANFO
PRESIDENT
Rodney Amanfo is one of the co-founders of P3nd3mic INC and currently serving as the president of the organization. He holds a degree from SUNY Institute of Technology. He has a passion for philanthropy work.
DAVID FRIMPONG-MANSO
VICE PRESIDENT
David Frimpong-Manso is a Ghanaian British currently living in The Bronx, New York. He graduated from the City College of New York with a degree in psychology and a minor in sociology. He joined P3nd3mic Incorporation August 2020 as the Vice President of the organization.

TRESAURER
Rosemary Owuo is the Treasurer for P3nD3mic Inc. She is a graduate from Long Island University and holds a M.A. in Health Care Administration. She currently owns and operates a local African Market in the Bronx. She loves all things numbers and has managed finances for over eight different organizations.
DORINE NANAMA MANSA ODURO
SEECRETARY
Dorine Nanama Mansa Oduro is a Ghanaian American raised in The Bronx, New York. She graduated from Hofstra University with her B.S. in Biology and a minor in psychology. She currently works as an Assistant Supervisor, Community Habilitation Specialist at Young Adult Institute in Manhattan, New York. She joined P3nd3mic Incorporation in May 2020. With her dedication and passion for staying organized and up to date, she currently holds the role of secretary for the organization.

BARBARA PREMPEH SENCHEREY
MEDIA SPECIALIST
Barbara Prempeh-Sencherey is a Ghanaian- American born and raised in the Bronx. She is the Media Specialist for the P3nD3mic Inc She holds a B.S.from SUNY Oneonta.
PRINCE DANSO
PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER
Prince Danso is the Public Relations officer for the P3nD3mic Inc. He is a graduate of Monroe College in New Rochelle and holds a degree in science information technology, specializing in information system Security officer. Prince has been a highly successful JV soccer coach in Rye since the 2015 season and has coached various RYS teams over the years. A native of the Bronx who was a standout goalkeeper during his days at Samuel Gompers HS and Monroe College, Prince is known for his love of the sport and his ability to connect with his players.
ARABA AIDOO
GRANT WRITER
Araba Aidoo is a Ghanaian American raised in The Bronx. As of 2021, she has served as the Grant Writer for the organization. She graduated from Phillips Academy Andover and is currently entering her final year at Columbia University, double majoring in Political Science and Religion. Aside from P3nd3mic Inc., she has worked with other nonprofits, including New York Lawyers for the Public Interest and Comic Relief US.
AFUA AWUAH
GRANT WRITER AND RESEARCHER
Afua Awuah is a proud Ghanaian- American who is passionate about equal access to quality healthcare and education in communities near and afar. Her passion led her to joining P3nd3mic inc.,where she currently serves as a grant writer and researcher. Afua holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and psychology. Her goals include advancing forth in her career by continuing the work that’s being done at P3nd3mic on a greater scale.
